MY COUNTRY by Kathy Ramsay
Bow River, Dicks yard is a special place for my families holiday camp. That’s were one of my grandmothers’ husband been chased. He ran up the hill. My families used to come here to have a break from mustering on Country. Bow River Station days and this place is so beautiful and always has fish.
This hill was named by the station manager Sam Lilly. It’s a lookout for people to have a look at the view surrounding the community.
Also we go up there to thank our God for such beauty of His nature that we can see Him through. Also praying to our Lord God The Creator
